Ask it Never
Aviva’s ‘Ask It Never’ initiative aims to eliminate the need to ask customers questions using big data. The system is currently being piloted with some of its existing home insurance customers in the UK through its online portal MyAviva. Blue
Blue is the Hong Kong digital insurance joint venture owned by Aviva plc., Hillhouse Capital and Tencent Holdings Limited. Blue combines Aviva's insurance and digital expertise with Hillhouse's investment management capabilities and Tencent's technology, distribution and customer base. This venture plans to shake up Hong Kong’s insurance market with zero commission, easy-to-use, digital insurance. Blue is suited for customers who want to take charge of their own insurance protection and have flexibility to adjust their insurance plans according to changing needs.
Quantum
Quantum is a new branch of Aviva that specialises in Data science, analytics, artificial intelligence and neural networks. The new identity focuses on discovery and innovation and is inspired by the vast amounts of data that Quantum sifts through to find that diamond in the rough. This technology is used across a number of applications within the financial and insurance worlds—from AI trading, wealth management, accounting, financial forensics, and more.
