Employee Development Programmes

  • Aviva Leadership Academy (ALA) - Aviva Plc., in collaboration with INSEAD Business School, France and the Centre for Creative Leadership, US, has initiated several leadership development programmes. We target these programmes at senior managers and/ or employees in critical roles to help them develop broad-based, decision-making capabilities and challenge employees to reach their potential.
  • Accelerated Leadership Programme - We have designed this unique programme specifically for the middle management to help them enhance their managerial and leadership competencies. For this, we have a tie up with IIM, Ahmedabad.
  • Building High Performance (BHP) - In partnership with Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, we have designed this programme to develop, reward and recognise outstanding performance and service excellence in employees at junior level itself.
