At Aviva, we believe in enhancing the learning curve of our employees through targeted,
well-rounded learning and development opportunities. For this, we organise various
leadership development programmes. Some of these are as follows:
- Aviva Leadership Academy (ALA) - Aviva Plc., in
collaboration with INSEAD Business School, France and the Centre for Creative Leadership,
US, has initiated several leadership development programmes. We target these programmes
at senior managers and/ or employees in critical roles to help them develop broad-based,
decision-making capabilities and challenge employees to reach their potential.
- Accelerated Leadership Programme - We have designed this unique
programme specifically for the middle management to help them enhance their managerial
and leadership competencies. For this, we have a tie up with IIM, Ahmedabad.
- Building High Performance (BHP) - In partnership with Management
Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, we have designed this programme to develop,
reward and recognise outstanding performance and service excellence in employees
at junior level itself.
- Rewards and Recognition

- Rewards:
Our rewards and recognition team designs and runs monthly and quarterly contests

Dollar Dreams is our exclusive online gift portal that links up all Aviva sales
contests. It allows the qualifiers to claim the reward of their choice by using
Aviva Future Dollars.
- Long Service Awards
We appreciate the fact that you have chosen to build your career with us. To reward
this dedication, we have two categories of service awards - for three years and
five years of continuous service.
- Jewel Club
This loyalty programme allows Financial Planning Advisers to enjoy the membership
benefits of special clubs such as Pearl Club, Emerald Club, Ruby Club, Sapphire
Club and the Diamond Club.
- Recognition:

- CEO's Award
We have designed the"CEO Award" to formally recognise and reward employees for exceptional
contributions. The greatest honour of the award is that respective managers and
team members send in the nominations for it.
- Value Ambassador Award
With this award, we recognise the efforts of those employees who have "walked the
extra mile" in exemplifying any of the five Aviva values of Innovation, Integrity,
Customer Centricity, Passion for Winning and Empowered Team.
- Blue Riband
This annual recognition platform recognises star performers of the company. We reward
qualifiers with a trophy, a certificate from the Managing Director and a 6 Night/7
Day International trip to an exotic location.
